Welcome to Yeralash Kennel! We are a champion AKC dachshund breeder based in Pittsburgh, PA. Breeding wire-haired dachshunds has been a lifelong dream for me, and we started our breeding program in 2022. All of our dogs are imported from champion European bloodlines, which ensures genetic diversity, improves the health of the breed, and angles our puppies to look more like the classic wire-haired Dachshund.
Our breeding dogs conform to the AKC standard, are genetically tested as recommended by AKC, and are frequently vetted for conditions that develop later in life. Our dogs live with us as a part of our family, and we only have two active breeding pairs to ensure that all of our dogs get undivided care and attention. The puppies are reared hands-on ensuring that they are sociable, loving, and have good temperament. We can't wait to meet our prospective families, and help you choose the puppy that is right for you!
